FCI Constructors, based in Durango, is the general contractor on the Cimarron Athletic Field project. Safety fencing surrounding the construction site was installed at the end of February. The entire back field area of the Ridgway Secondary School will be off-limits to students and the public until the field and track are completed by late August, weather permitting.

We look forward to having our first home soccer game in six years in September, as well as the first track meet in the history of Ouray, San Miguel, and San Juan counties.
